To change the default keyboard shortcut, do the following:

3. Expand the Text section and find the PROMT Agent application.

1. Open the document to be translated;

We draw your attention to the fact that during use of Promt Agent for the translation of the PDF documents there can be following problems:

• in the macOS Sierra operating system (version 10.12) there is no support of the services working with the text in the PDF format, including in the Preview 9 application;
• in the macOS Catalina operating system the translation of the documents opened with use of means of viewing Preview v.10.15 the PROMT Offline application (Agent) is impossible.

To bypass these restrictions and to get transfer necessary for you, we recommend to open the PDF document in any other application, for example in the Google Chrome or Safari browser, and then to follow the instruction given above.
